Title: Don't Worry Be Happy
Venue: http://logicmastersindia.com/2013/10P3/
Start: 26.10.2013
End: 28.10.2013
Duration: 60 Mins
Description: After many puzzle tests at LMI in recent months (and WPC of course), we go back to “Classic puzzles” in this test. It means that there will be plenty of classic puzzles (like Star battle, LITS, Slitherlink, Masyu, Tapa etc.) in this test which are very well known in our puzzle community.

Lovely set of puzzles with a nice smiley face theme, it was a shame that I had to waste the first 10 minutes with a printer failure, and then had to do all my solving via screen-grabs in paint

Curious how impressions work. Based particularly on the Kakuro and Akari, I assumed them to be skulls for a Halloween theme. They are nice puzzles, but my performance, like the supposed theme, was horrific.detuned wrote:Lovely set of puzzles with a nice smiley face theme

I also was quite disappointed. That was my first contest in a long time!
Spent the last 20 minutes trying to get the different neighbours out, but had marked a 'certain' incorrectly in pen, so had no chance.
Of course, did it in under 5 minutes later that evening!

Just had a peek at the results.
Some mixed results there, but also congratulations are due to Anthea for a solid 2nd place performance (for UK).
A sign of things to come?
