Introduction from FranticPuzzles
Good afternoon everyone! My name is Steve Marsden of a new puzzle website - www.FranticPuzzles.com
Hope this isn't being too cheeky, but I am looking for volunteers to test our small online SoDuko application:
http://www.franticpuzzles.com/DailySoDuko.asp
It has been tested on a Windows PC in IE, Firefox, Opera, Safari and Chrome, we would love feedback from Mac & Linux users.
Thanks in advance.
Steve

Re: Introduction from FranticPuzzles
SoDuko? It looks very similar to Sudoku.
In the interest of fairness, I'd be obliged if you could add a link from your site to http://www.ukpuzzles.org/
While you're here, please browse around the forums and see if you can find something of interest to you.

Works just fine on Mac/Safari 5.1. "The Puzzles" menu opens under the Sudoku though.
Google shows over 1.5 million results for "soduko" so you're not alone.

Thank-you. If you could modify that link to point to the main website, that would be perfect (http://www.ukpuzzles.org/). Good luck to you.

Re: Introduction from FranticPuzzles
At last! We now have very realistic on-line jigsaw puzzles. A few more tweeks needed, but we believe we are getting as near to the real thing as possible.

Re: Introduction from FranticPuzzles
Thank you for this FranticPuzzles. On the whole this seems good, however I would ask for one feature to be amended, namely the 'locking' of adjacent pieces. At present they will lock if they are in the correct final orientation however will NOT lock if they are rotated. It would be nice to be able to lock pieces together if they are adjacent even if their orientation has not yet been deduced.
